Well I'm at home for winter break for school and was extremely bored today. I decided to rig up a little purge system to shoot two clouds through my upper grille. I bought 1/4 vacuum line and set it up real nice. But I went to test it out.... no huge cloud or any cloud for that matter. I cuold feel the nitrous coming out and hear it, but I can't see anything. Pressure was around 900 PSI and the car had been idling for about 10 minutes. Also, the nitrous didn't feel cold, it was actually sort of hot... Maybe because of the car idling and the hoses were heated up? Anyway, can someone maybe figure out what im doing wrong and help me.

how is it ran with mine i have a purge slinoid and 1/4 is kind of big for line. mine is the same kind of line you use for a boost guage. like 1/8 inch.

How did you fit 1/8 inch tubing? The outlet for my purge is like 1/4 and i had to modify the tube to get it to fit. I have lots of that nylon vacuum line for our boost gauge left over. Maybe my bottle pressure wasnt' high enough?

I have the Nitrous Express Gen-X kit. It recommends using a 3/16 line but I just used a 1/4 instead. I just tried it out again, and the air is cold and alot is coming out, there just isn't a visible cloud. Maybe the outside temp is too cold? Its like 50 here but that should still be warm enough...
