Every few months or so we have to migrate to new areas because the cops find us, and show up more and more frequently to the point where racing just doesn't happen. Well our new, and old to everyone else, place the cops sometimes even come watch. Its way out in Cantonment, which is in North Pensacola. Anways, the details of my races and a little about what goes on.

My first race was against one of my friends, who drives a '96 v6 accord with intake and exhaust. Tonight was to clear up any confusion about bad starts and shifts and whatnot from previous races. Well we both got excellent starts and I immediatly pulled on him, my back bumper met his front, and I was slowly pulling until I shifted to third, then he pulled on me, and kept on pulling until he had me by about 10 feet, and then while i was still whaling away in fourth he hit fifth and i pulled on him in the end, when we slowed down coming out of about 112. All in all good race.

My second race was against a '99 Civic LX with cai and exhaust. She was hesitant to race me but I have never gotten a good race against a civic so i finally talked her into it. Well we lined up and went at it, I slowly pulled at first, and continued to pull but it got less and less over time until we hit about 80 and she hit the brakes. I never talked to her again, I guess she thought she had me beat, cuz she made me pop my hood to make sure I was all stock, which I am but I took out my resonator box, but unless you have ever looked under the hood of a 2k2 I guess you don't notice things like that. Well anyway, her punk *** boyfriend gets mad cuz I beat her and he becomes my third race of the night.

He was driving a '?? Hyundai Tiburon. Nice fancy 3 color paint job, sittin on 18's and slammed to the ground all in all a nice car. Well here is why I call him a punk ***.... We line up and go, I pulled on him like sheit, I had him by about 2 cars and then I hit third, and he BLOWS by me. By this I mean by the time I hit fourth he has about 10-15 cars lenghths on me. Well we turn around and go back and what do i see as he pulls into the parking lot? Him purging his lovely nitrous purge valves, I found out later he sprayed his 105 shot when he realized I was beating him, and he had the nerve to tell me my car was slow as Sh*t.[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/IMG][IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/IMG]

All in all a good fun night, in between our little races there were numerous races between the old beasts, e.g. Blown mustangs, z28's 1 corvette and an old 93' civic hatch that beat them all with no nos, gotta love that turbo. Also with a '95 integra block and '99 si vtec heads and every other mod imaginable. But hey, at least the imports, well one of them, was faster than the rest of them.[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/IMG]

However the best part of the whole night was when my friends and I decided to leave, the little convoy of po pos rolled in to break it up. We were there for a good four hours though. I also found out that 2 weeks ago when the cops rolled in they simply told them not to race there, to move it down the road a bit. So we are all good. If anyone is interested and in the area come out to the Food Tiger on Hwy. 29 about 5 min north of the papermill,(thank god for the southwind tonight).

Oh and I forgot to mention I have removed my resonator box and before I could easily get my car up to 110 and be accelerating, but tonight 112 was all I had, taking out the resonator box removes the much needed top end torque, so well, its going back in for next weekend.

We use to go racing in the Streets of Philly..... but sum guy died because he got a
heart attack because he heard a bunch of kids doin burnouts, also couple of car flipped over....
So we can't race no more..... One time we got road blocked and over 400 people got tickets,
13 impounded bikes, 23 impounded cars, they gave out tickets to spectators too hahhahah,
so no one goes no more.

It's a shame......

umm.........dude i dunno if you bribed those cops or not....but here in south FLA is getting worse to even have a souped up car
they will pull you over and ask you where you are going even if they dont have a reason to pull you over.....
a few weeks ago, there was a huge bust.....172 peeps got arrested..........

Try my town.. We have 1 road in and out of the keys.. and the police force of LA patrolling it. Not many side roads flat and long enough. I go up to the turnpike just so that I can do above 70mph...

U guys know those desert roads in the movies? Y not race there? It's a straight way, there's a car passing by every, like 10 hours, and i don't think there's not much cops there. It's a long way there but it's an unofficial race track. lol

they had a couple big busts here in orlando and also in tampa last year... some in the spring and some after the jerkoffs who saw F&F tried to race in the summer. they don't seem to do much about it recently, thats what i hear from friends that race

i live in a small town in cali...and we're surrounded by fields of grapes....my friends and i went to another town that was thirty minutes away to head up to the runs....but by the time we got there they were already raided.....soooo....then we all met up at a near by Jack-In-the-crack....and everyone that was at that race....went to my small town....we headed out to a road....and had pretty good runs last night....didn't get caught...and hardly do......you know why??....one of the CHPs around this area used to be a racer....and so he watches out for us.....about two weeks ago..we had runs every day of the week....hehehe

I don't care where you live, any and all races I do have go on in pensacola or out at the beach, cuz the little town that I live in, Gulf Breeze, while being known as the UFO Capitol of the world, is also listed by AAA as the most patrolled section in the US. I got pulled over like a year ago in my S-10 for having those blackout things on my taillights, well after they had me out of my truck and took my name and liscense and all that mess, there were 4 yes 4 cops. You cannot get pulled over here without having 2 or three other cops join up. Thats just breeze though, pensacola is much less of a problem.

There hasnt been alot of people being arrested in tampa just the slower of the two that go at it when the cop or cops arrive and when the break it up its usually the fastest or the slowest leaving to get pulled over. One time i heard of alot of people getting tickects was when the blocked off tyson st which is one way in one way out all the drivers suposidly got 1000 tickects for i dont know what. This past weekend the scene picked up again. The cops at meridian street just rolled by im surprised tampa police department didnt do anything else but no one was runnin yet so i guess they couldnt
