I bought my kit way before any of this happend to sf. SOme of us it takes a while to fix a turbo kit after you paid a couple of grand for a kit!
Not trying to turn this into a flame war, but I recall you posting in the other thread about wanting to buy a stafford kit - even though the fact was out that he was a douchebag. Good luck sorting out your problems.

just to simplify any future problems with that kit...

if it smokes, its either the return line (sometimes its done wrong, but most the time not), or its the turbo. Some of the turbos ive seen from there have had rust on the shafts, which severely damages the bearings. Ive been seeing the bulk rusted shafts in the past several months. If its a damaged bearing, it may be worth while to buy a new turbo

hope it all goes well with you! When its all said and done, they are a very well performing kit. And they dont look half bad.

Jeff, the SF kit (once working) is the best 'plug n play' kit for our cars. Its working great for me, and the power is amazing. Just yesterday I won against a friend's D16 with Edelbrock turbo kit, both at 6-7 psi !!!
