help obd bluetooth connect (honda civic 1995 turbo)

Hey I just need help how to connect with Bluetooth to the ecu.
I have obd2 adapter with ELM 327 but all apps not finding the device . Some of them find, trying to connect and no secssus.
how can I connect to application like torque ?
The car is honda civic 1995 turbo zc built with custom chip

95 would be an OBD1 car. Not compatible?

I plugged in adapter from 3 pin to 16 pin. then the ELM327
but the applications says connection failed . can't find protocol or something

Oh is THAT what that funny cable is?

Is that computer even OBD1? Is it OBD zero? Does it have the ability to give a valid datastream to any other scanners?

Try your bluetooth setup on a stock 95 and see if it works? Or maybe swap your stock ECM back in as a test to see if it will communicate?



I'm just making wildass guesses here.

ive had lots of problems with the bluetooth too!

I gave up & returned it!
