so i got shafted by MTO (ministry of transportation Ontario) with no cat converter. i got a week to provide a new etest or else the impound my car or 5000$ ticket.. my ecu has a obd2 to obd1 converter and the obd computer wont connect to the port i also have no o2 sensors because because the car is a full out straight pipe!.. i bought the car like this and didnt have money or time to put a cat on... what do i need to do to get the obd to connect or get a tailpipe test ( i now have a cat converter and muffler) please help me out guys
