Yes, I would agree, however nitrous cant be used forever, as turbo can. I would say at the track Nitrous would be ideal where you could race just for a 1/4 mile, but on the street (especially where I live) turbos would be better, because you could be racing for a longer time. I'm speaking personally of course, but by my it's mostly highway racing, and the nitrous cars dont even bother to come out to play.
^^How often are you planning on to be trying to beat on the engine during daily driving? Probably not very often anyway so what difference does it make? Though turbo still holds an advantage over nitrous at top end, nitrous can still come out on top, like that turbo focus zx3 that I spanked thanksgiving day @ 100+ mph

Interesting thing to do is compare the traps of a turbo vs nitrous vehicle running the same ET with the same model vehicle. Routinely in my experience the nitroused vehicle will have a better 1/8th mile, but the turbo car will have a better trap.
this is not necessarily due to the "turbo big end" pull, but more to the acceleration characteristics between the two, remember, on most street cars, after first gear, a turbo car will be making full power with little to no spool time between shifts, but it's the nitroused car's pull out of first gear and instant torque in lower gears that make for such a good 1/8th mile.
I made this video to let anyone interested in a TSI kit see what the final product will look like. (on the T25bb) awesome midrange power, i bit lacking up top, but still enough to get your *** moving!
im not lacking top end. my car pulls strong all the way through and doesnt stop. idk if that has to do with me having a t28bb?

The t28's power band is almost perfect for the 7th gen, it's stops around 7100, and spools at almost the same rpms as the 25...
