Things like:
-random overheating, depending on how you drive the car, but especially
hard driving
-coolant all over the engine, caused by the resivoir overflowing and
spraying everywhere. (what happend in my case)
-oil mixed with the coolant in the resivoir.
-and of course the lovely white smoke billowing from your exhaust is always
a good indicator.

Who knows, I can't do a leakdown until Jan when I get my own place. But anyhow, I replaced that crappy SSAC wastegate with a genuine Tiial 38mm - wow, what a difference!!

well my HG has been blown sine June I presume...changing it out this week...where are the torque specs someone posted a while back....oh well....14.8@98mph with 2.576 60' with slipping clutch and BLOWN HG and 8psi on alcohol injection....hopefully 8psi with new HG, okay clutch hopefully, with METHANOL injection coming this weekend when I hit the track if I get the parts in time and installed
oh yeah and lower 1/4 time....the times I ran at the track, I had to let the car cool like 10 minutes after each pass....not this time though
I've replaced everything except HG so its the HG definitely....compression is still good though...I'll keep u guys posted
