It almost looks like the intercooler will clear OEM fog lights. This would be nice for me. The drivers side looks like no problem the passenger side may be tight. What do you think Paul? I have been debating on going boosted, If I do I will pick up one of your kits. looking good man.

Might clear. Just the charge piping is rigth there on the passenger side. Thanks Oscar!

Just retarded E-Manage CELs here and there. Otherwise, the kit is FLAWLESS! I thoroughly impressed myself, which is a VERY difficult thing to do.

that is great news. ever since sf took a dump on things i have been trying to figure out what i was going to do, but this seems like you have something good going on here so i will be looking in on this in the future. props dezod!

We did the impossible, make an AUTO quick. We here at Dezod are always up to the challenge.

Next custom turbo projects are a 98 Chrysler Cirrus V6 LXi & 98 Civic EX.

As everyone can see, this is corrected TQ.

Before Dezod Turbo: 103.7 HP & 95 FT/LBS of TQ SAE corrected

AFTER DEZOD Turbo: 147 HP & 122 FT/LBS of TQ SAE corrected

That setup looks damn sexy. I was really thinking of NOT boosting cuz of the limited kits that's out there, but this kit is really coming along now. Can't wait to see when it's final and what kind of numbers its putting up. Great work Dezod.

Where are you people getting these low page numbers from? It says 42 right there.....

Yeah BTW that was the TQ curve I posted. You can see the severe fall off. The Boost controller was spuratically opening and fully closing the WG hence causing the crazy *** dyno graphs of mad power to nothing, then to power again. Not to mention tranny shift too.

Another thing you have to remember these figures are from 4000-4500 RPMS because of the boost controller not working right after those RPMS, the car holds and makes no HP. Hence, where do 9.9/10 times you see the peak HP? Close to redline 6500-8500 RPMS (depending upon the car).


THAT'S 2000 RPMS OF STARIGHT POWER I LOST OUT ON. THIS IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE. WE ARE FIXING THE ISSUE AND HEADING BACK AGAIN WITHIN THE NEXT FEW WEEKS.

The EBC holds the WG shut by diverting the pressure away from it. The EBC was doing so spuratically. Hence the WG being held open by increasing boost pressure makes the car seem powerless because all of the exhaust gases that go through the turbo to create power were diverted into the dump tube.

see... right now im on page 32.. i think its different for everyone cause in ur CP panel.. they have an option there on how many post u wanna see per page which is why i might be page 32 now.. some might be 42. or some 22.. but i think u should change the headline to "DYNO sheets on POST#615"
