I bought mine intercooler on ebay for like $350, than took it to a muffler shop and took the front bumper off and put the intercooler where i wanted it, and asked them to build some pipes came back an hour later and done. $75 for the pipes, (welded stainless) .

my intercooler kit was 700 bucks.....as for these muffler shops.....45-75 bucks including downpipe and pipes and BOV flange, first of all i dont think ur muffler shops know what they are using, bc t304 stainless steel, u cant get the amount u need for that price plus the labor, if u include the price of the turbo exhaust flange plus o2 bungs that need to be welded into the pipe, so ur CEL dont come on. plus most legit muffler shops wont take the stock cat off, bc they can get fined majorly. depending on what BOV u have my flange was aluminum, so unless ur muffler shop boys are expert welders and can weld soft metal.....

Talked to my exhaust guy today and he said he would do all my intercooler piping for $100 and a 12 pack... not a bad deal and I get to use his rack to put on my turbo kit.
