Im all for the HKS BOV, even though I love Blitz parts.

The HKS is nice and loud. Even with the screw completely out it still didn't leak at boost... Just have to use the screw to adjust response for different size turbos...

Im going to go with the Apexi Twin Chamber one myself only because its such a Great price i could not pass up. Ack sorry to briing up a dead post i was searching the forums and I could not pass up this chance to state my opinion. My buddy has the Blitz BOV on his 00 SI Turbo and its too quiet for my tastes.

would a side mount IC work up to about 8psi? like one off a R34?OR SR20DET?

yeah but im worried about the charge pipe fitting on the opposite end IC.
