Emanage + SF Fuel system...UPDATED!
Will this still be tunable? I bought the Emanage and want to tune it with the Stafford setup... Hopfully I can fix some problems... Any suggestions for settings? Any tips on the install? I got it yesterday and should receive it this week... When I have enough cash to buy the pressure sensor and ignition harness I'll be dyno-tuning it at a local shop... Looking for about 200whp when done... 9psi, with alcy, full exhaust... retard the ignition and remap the fuel curve... hopfully I can do it...

thanks for the tips.... if this clears anything up... in a simple way... i'm pretty sure the sf setup works by adding 10psi of fuel for every 1psi of boost... should i talk to them about tuning?

Yep. Works awesome now, better than the day I installed it. Resealed the oil pan with red silicone. Redid the oil feed lines, cleaned up everything and check the vac. lines. Car runs perfect.

No I was running 7.5 (mid spike) and 5psi towards redline. I had a really sh*tty mbc and SF told me the seat of it just isn't sealing correctly. Buy yeah, at 37-3800 7.5psi then it would shoot up to 6k and because im makin lest boost pretty much sit at 6k the whole time. Making 0 psi right now (took the actuator rod off hehe). Installing everything next week.
that the rod is off and the wastegate is left open?
while ur not making boost to the engine , the turbo is still spinning and spinning it is! its spinning as fast as it wants ...
your gonna blow up ur turbo.
someone correct me if im wrong.

you guys dont get how a wastegate works. The exhaust gas is being diverted around the turbine. That means that the turbine is spinning very slowly, thus making no boost, and still safe for both the car and the turbo.
