only reason i dont like superchargers is cause of the whine

Im still thinking of turbo. Ive heard of people blowing up engines because of thesupercharger. Doesnt the supercharger run on a pulley system?

Superchargers - Take power to make power.

Turbos - Reuse spent power to make more power.

Superchargers- Bolt on and drive, power through the entire rpm band, power 40%-70% increase.

Turbo- Lots of tuning and maintenance, power only 2/3s the power band, power 40%-? increase.

They both have there pros and cons, as long as it adds horsepower im happy.

There is almost the same amount of tuning on a turbo to a supercharger. Just where you have to do the maintance. A small engine will burn up a lot faster with an extra pulley on it.

I called and also emailed procharger. This is what they said. and it is kinda funny the guy hasnt come back to this thread.

Dear Joshua,

At this time we do not have that on the drawing board as a kit. Though
we are going to offer a universal kit for many dealers to make there own
kits, with out blowers. This could mean a kit for your car.

Thats what I'm trying to figure out. Every post he made is gone. Hell he user name doesn't seem to exist anymore on the site. How did that happen? Did a Mod remove him from the site? It sounds to me that it was someone on this site messing around with us.
