i dont know much about turbo, but could it be that you turned off you're car without a turbo timer? Thats the only thing that I can think of, and when you start you're car again the five minutes that it takes to stop is the oil regaining circulation. Like i said i dont know much, but maybe thats the problem.

I have an sf setup and I know that my fuel pump makes a similar sound from time to time. If it only does it when you start it up, try letting the car warm up before you start boosting.

I do let my car warm up first. its like a rateling noise can't explain it. my car feels find. a/f says its rich all the time when i'm on boost. lets say my car is warm up already and drove it for 30min. then stop the car and turn it off for 10min. Then turn back on and i hear that rateling noise when i spool up then it goes away after i drive for 5min. I do have a turbo timer too. what wrong wit it.

Well, first thing, the a/f gauge is worthless. It's so inaccurate it doesn't read anywhere near correctly. Do you have a full sweep fuel pressure gauge? Make sure that if you do, the gauge adds 10 psi fuel pressure for every psi boost you run when the turbo is making the boost. I know that my sf fuel pump is pretty loud and I notice an almost static sound when the turbo spools and the fuel pump is adding pressure to the rail. It probably isn't anything serious. As long as the car is running right I wouldn't even worry about it other than maybe laying some dynamat behind the pump where you have it mounted at.
