I am going up to the track with deception2k1 and he wanted to put a set of 14" slicks on the car. I say it would snap our twigy axles in half and leave him on the track with a blown car?! What do you guys think, those who have run the quarter with the slickies.

If this helps, I used Falken Azenis on 15s and dropped at 5k. Little peel out, about 1 sec. long and then a good long pull, without chirping 2nd.

yeah alex... but you arent turbo'd .. the SF kit makes just a little (lmao) torque... so i think i will be scared to use slicks at the track... snap snap... ive broken axles before.. NO FUN...
