just a question about gains per PSI

is there a rule... maybe with out cars how many hp u'll gain per PSI of boost???

like if i ran 5 PSI on my stock d17 motor what could i expect? thanx!!!!!!!

its totally dependant on your setup...5 psi might get ya to 155-160 to the wheels

The general estimate is usually 10whp/psi.

Well, it all depends on the climate/temp/etc. My first run i made 165 whp and 166 ft/lbs on 5.5 psi. But on friday, i made 184 whp and 200ft/lbs on 7 psi with a damaged headgasket and the car overheating.

It all depends on what climate you are in and the quality of your kit.

damn man i think ive read about 20 posts in this forum about you looking for your bov.. DAMN IT HAVE SOME FU CKIN PATIENCE. tdiddy is correct, you get about 10hp per pound of boost, as long as the turbo is still in its efficiency range.
