gear if you can find me $120 clear lens tsx projectors..i'll buy them now. The going rate seems to be around $160-180 even on ebay. Probably because they don't make the first gen tsx anymore and the newer ones are fresnel lens.
i thought about getting the hid planet ones too. I'm probably going to do a hid retrofit on my gf's rsx.
You dont have to worry about the bulb holders, you can just use paper clips...its works fine. The bulb holders are just a piece of metal shaped in the form of a V.
I would also recommend using nissan oem head light sealant. It seals better and its also easier to take apart. You can buy it online for around $20 so it doesn't really kill the bank. I would also recommend picking up a heat gun. It'll save you a lot of time from the hair dryer.

you know retrofitsource has clear 2.5 inch lenses on ebay right? im not sure if they fit tsx but they might. most stuff on ebay is so overpriced, i stopped looking there a long time ago.
here is clear tsx for 140, ive seen several go for 120 in the past few months. i personally dont think theyre worth more than 120.

2005em2 if you get the free tsx shells from buckshizzo, just throw in the rs clear lenses for $80 and you have a good set of projectors for under $100 lol.

clear lens is totally clear, fresnel has frosted/circle lines/patterns in the lens to diffuse the light and make it less sharp.

I will keep you all updated on this thread
Then, maybe we can start on yours
Um, well, I guess it all depends.
But pretty damn pricey to have someone else do it. I'll just read up a bit and then put up with some trial and error.

You should post up pics! I love mine too! They're way better than the little bulb that Honda provides.

I did mine a long time back, I picked red, it just goes with the car so dont hate. I took it a few steps further so they wouldnt get busted when I throw my bike in the trunk or whatever. I made a DIY but never posted it... maybe i should?

here's pretty good retro done on a 7th gen accord. i like the use of the L bracket to give you rotational adjustment.

That looks nice Gearbox!
Whoa, thanks for the link. This is a lot of work. Not sure if I'll be doing what he is doing, but damn... nice job with the fiberglass molding. I, too, like the L bracket. That's pretty cool!
