Well, I got bored and wasn't going to bump this thread, but hell, why not.
I basically ended up swapping out the e46 projectors for some TSX projectors. It's still a work-in-progress, so I will be painting some stuff, including the light shield, and will put in a shroud. I still have to readjust the alignment on the driver side projector.
For some reason, I'm not getting much color at the cutoff!
I'm currently running 50W ballasts with Philips 35W 4300K bulbs, and some replica clear lenses with the washer mod (3 washers on the bottom on each side..total: 6 washers).
Oh, and disregard some of the pics where the projector was mounted upsidedown haha
and the following pictures were shot by TemjinX2:

^mounted and tested the rotational adjustment
and just for fun, I have a few mods done to my car: Progress rear tie bar and Comptech 22mm rear anti-sway bar.

I took these with my G1, so the pictures aren't that great.
^The rotational adjustment is off and the Z cutoff line is too much to the left side (don't mind the right side.. I only did one projector at a time).
^screwed up my editing lol
^tested my clear lenses at home and had a nice color at the cutoff, but the headlight's lens robs some of the color and I noticed that other TSX's have WAYYY more color than mine and they're more intense, too.

headlight covers rob color, also the 50w setup has been known to reduce color. shouldnt be a big deal.
