OMFG!!!!!

This has to be the best day of my life. I'm leaving work with my coworker. We are both traveling in our cars and I come up on this vintage sports car that is jacked up in the rear and I can see these 2 huge 11 inch tires on the back. He is in the left lane so I move into the right lane and start to pull up on him to see what exactly the car is. IT"S A ***** ****EN CHARGER!!!!!!

I just about came in my pants right then and there. This beast was loud. So loud that it drowned out my system that I was listening to. I get up next to the Charger and it's a middle 50's guy driving the car with his son in the passenger seat. We lock eyes and he drops the hammer, putting 2,3,4,5,6 cars on me in no time at all. I was so excited.

We get to the first stop light entering the city and we are lined up. We both roll down our windows and I am just about speechless. His son is laughing and i'm just open mouth staring. I finally got up the courage to ask him to a race. Both of us knowing that I had no chance in hell of coming close to him. I said "We you do the honors of kicking my a$$ in a race?" The guy says sure.

We both rev up and then light turn green. Bam we are off!!! He is squealling wheels through first and still pulling ahead of me. The sound of his exhaust is like music to my ears. We got through 3rd before shutting down and he was a good 10 cars ahead of me. After that he slowed down and I gave him a thumbs up saying how great of a race it was and we went our own directions.

My coworker was behind me and saw the whole thing. She said she was laughing at me the whole time.


I lost and I loved every minute of it.

Now if you excuse me, I have to go change my pants.

damn dude thats awesome, thats probably one of my favorite cars. I did almost the same thing w/ a Bad *** GTO couple months ago, but it was a kid probably driving his dads car cuz he couldnt control it & slid sideways cuz of the posi-trac, & probably crapped his pants[IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG][IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG]

Agreed, there is no better way to lose than to an awesome car like that. It was also cool he knew he was going to lose, stated it to the other driver, but still wanted to see that beast roar. Man, I wish I was there.
