GTS vs 350z
I'm just bothered by the Type R sticker fanatics lol

^^ there was a whole "team" at the track last night called type R racing and they ALL had AUTOMATICS and big aluminum wings. there was 6 that I saw. they had type R logos everywhere. It was very sad.
there was 1 excusable 99 civic coupe that had type R badge on it. He had the JDM H22a fully built and pushin a 75 shot running full slicks ran 12.8 1/4 mile. I was like whoa. he almost beat the corvette he ran against. So, hes a million times faster then me so if he wants a type r sticker they I say go for it. lol

How does a Celica keep up with a 350 Z off the line.
Celica should be competing with cars in its own category. I don't even class it with a RSX TYPE S. I can see an SI giving it a run for its money.

BTW my next run at the track will be aiming for 12's N/A and I'm in the middle of quite a few more mods
for the 13.7 I dynoed 172 whp. that was a baseline test BTW
a week later after 2 hrs tuning I jumped to whats in my sig. I have not run at the track since.

estimating to be around 210 whp next dyno day (coming soon) and should easily pull off a 12.9 once I hit 12.8 N/A I'll be boosting the car and shooting for low 11's maybe 10's we'll see If I wanna keep this car that long.
my car is not the best car to underestimate I can easily pulll 1.9 60' times (no slicks) unlike most celicas I've concentrated on getting outa the hole and having a fast 1/8 mile since the car is known for having a decent top end.
do a lil research before you pull out a super old thread and try to bash a car. I do pop up here every so often.

i drove my gf's 00 gts at the track one time and i got a best of 14.53@95,2.0 60' time 3rd try and my gf got a 15 flat@96 mph with a 2.3 60' with her first try. hey but she got the better mph. lol. that was on stock rims/tires with 23 psi in the front. gts' are faster than yall think. man, i have yet to break a high 13 sec pass like you did. i was launching at 4. 5 seemed to spin too much and 3 seemed to bog. and what rpm do you launch at ne ways?
