Well I finished the wiring today as I got the tps plug from Borla. I also wired the new injectors and rewired the charge harness. Then I set up the electric water pump lines. Tomorrow and Wednesday I plan on fabricating the water pump mount bracket, installing the crank pulley, adjusting the valve clearance, and installing the oil filter brackets/lines. Getting the rest of things painted/sanded later this week.

I have a problem with my JDM K20a Build. After installation, the exhaust cam gear and my exhaust camshaft have broken. After work today I tried to start my motor. Unsuccessfully, it would turn over but not start. I logged into KPro and found no codes or electronic fuel, spark or timing issues. After pulling spark plugs revealing no burn on cylinder 1 and 2, having burn on 3 and 4. I then did a compression test to which cylinder 3 and 4 had good compression but 1 and 2 would not compress. I knew then that there had to be a timing issue. I took off the valve cover and as you can see from first glance TDC and timing are fine. After closer inspection I had found the the exhaust camshaft/gear had spun somehow and were on cylinder 3 at TDC and Intake was at cylinder 1. Tomorrow I will be pulling my head off to see if the valves have bent, pistons gouged, ect.
