The more you do it the faster you get, of course, and the more often you play with your car's suspension the less time the bolts and nuts have to get seized so removal is even easier next time around. In fact by the time I got around to installing my Megan coilovers (2 hours total, including a couple of smoke breaks), I was able to do it all with hand tools and a torque wrench - I didn't even need a breaker bar to get the bolts out of the rear LCA's. I have friends who can do a full suspension swap on an 01+ Civic in around 1.5 hours, and I'm sure there are a few on this board who can beat that time.
All that said, suspension is a KEY part of your car, you can't halfass it so anyone who decides to DIY please please please be careful, take all day or all weekend if you have to, just make sure you check and doublecheck everything down to the last bolt. It's not a good feeling to have your wheel come out from under you because you missed torquing those last 4 lugnuts.

Hey guys! Thanks for all the comments!
To answer some of the questions...
It took 6hrs to install due to 2 stripped bolts, 1 seized and finally using a spring compressor for the rear springs (Neuspeed Sports SEDAN).
The gap difference is due to the higher spring rate of the rear springs, however, tonight while driving 2 friends home and filling up my gas tank, my rear tucked and rubbed on turns. So far, it's settled to Front: 1 finger gap Rear: 2 finger gap (I hope it goes just a tad lower)
On Monday, full alignment and fender rolling should fix the rubbing issue. Man does it RIDE GREAT! No more going airborn on bumpy roads. I really stay glued on the pavement. I can feel the bumps abit more, but alot less harsh then how it felt with the OEM crap...
