Rep Power: 0 Shaved front liscence plate?
I just did a few searches on the topic and I was wondering if anyone has actually had the liscence plate holder/mold on our stock front bumpers shaved off? I'm getting my front bumper repainted in a few weeks and Id love to do this. Like I said, I havent found anything about this, but I remember somewhere reading that someone said it was a huge pain in the ***. Has anyone done/attempted this?
btw...I realize that my car wouldnt be 'legal' without a front liscence plate, but id probably just throw it up on my dash to take care of that one

Rep Power: 0 I took off the plastic license plate holder..and there really isnt anything there..you cant really see the little hole at all.
and i put my license plate right there. its kinda euro looking..
^^
becuase my bumper is so shiny..it kinda looks like theres a big chrome piece on it..LOL.
But i guess its different for the older 7gens..on the 04-05s..the holder is not a part of the bumper..i hated the look of that license plate holder too..big hunk of plastic..

Rep Power: 0 I think Im going to give it a shot. I personally think it'll look a lot better because I think it kinda kills the flow of the bumper. I'm going to find out how much it'll cost and go from there
