a dealership wont pay for a conversion, or do one for that matter. Even if its under warranty, they will put in another automatic tranny or rebuild the old one.
i had 250 miles on my auto and had to have the nuetral safety switch replaced. yea 250. also now at 7200 its started to slip at high rpms, not normal slippage but alot. im taking it to honda on friday.

everyone with auto tranny should have an oil cooler. and in hot weather when you're sitting at a light, put it to neutral until you're ready to drive.

This what semi-truck drivers do with all gears, if I'm not mistaking.
It is next o impossible to engage a gear smothly if at all if the gear has no syncromesh (syncromesh make shure that teeth on the gears lined up, so shift engages fast and smooth)

almost 60k auto lx
no real slipping problems yet.
sometimes when i'm at a stop there's a vibrating sound in the front... i'm not sure if thats the tranny but when i stick it in neutral it stops.
