2009 civic acceleration jerky problem! Please help!

I have an automatic 2009 civic with 90k miles on it. I bought the car with about 75k miles on it. Ever since I bought it I've had problems as it goes to shift from 1st to 2nd gear. As I accelerate and it goes to shift it gets jerky for a second and then shifts. Any idea on what would cause this? Thanks in advance!

Shudder...?
Change trans fluid first, use the correct Honda ATF DW-1. Simple drain and fill, about 3 quarts.

If the shudder does not go away, change the fluid again.
Change the fluid like up to 4 times.
If still present, it may need a torque converter.
