Help With Random Misfire codes

Figured I'd just run this by you guys and see if there are more things to consider: (2000 Civic DX)

- CEL Codes for random misfire cyl 1 & 2
- Car is fine, but ONLY stumbles under load/acceleration and only at cruising speeds. Idles perfect, starts perfect
* replaced:
- distributor/Ign module/coil
- Wires & plugs
- Fuel pump & filter
- swapper injectors 1/2 to 3/4...same codes for cyl 1 & 2 persist
- Timing belt was swapped a while ago for routine maintenence

any other obvious things?
Thanks!

Re: Help With Random Misfire codes

One thought would be to check your IACV. I know it sounds odd, considering your idle is fine, but I had an issue with how my car was driving and after I pulled the IACV I cam to the realization that the guy I bought the car from, was probably running water instead of coolant. There was a large piece of rust flapping back and forth inside the IACV causing major issues, particularly when in low rpms.
