Don't strip/crossthread the bolts you took off of your stock seat... cause you're going to need them to put the aftermarket one in....
Don't take out the center console and not bolt it back together because you're "waiting on a part" (still waiting... been 1 month...)
Don't cross thread ANYTHING.... (****ing cross threading...)

Also, trying to do this with a hot cherry from your cigarette, isn't a good idea either.

Although I'm not proud of it, I think I've got you all beat.
Never drive your car without an air filter. Sometimes these things called rocks like to get sucked into the intake and destroy your piston and head.

It's a long devastating story. 1200 dollars later I had my engine rebuilt and it blew again!
I am now driving my project car. 1974 Chevrolet Camaro Type LT.
Anyone wanna sale me an unfondled d17?

I hear ya on the rocks and windsheild. I had a golfball sized one hit my windshield, and cracked it about halfway across. Of course, the construction company denied that it was their truck.
It pissed me off to get the letter back from them saying that, but I like insurance now! It only cost me $100 to get it replaced. The autobody at Honda was another thing. They scheduled me a day earlier than that day we talked about, and they also didn't put the clips to hold the plastic cover at the bottom of the windshield back in properly. So all in all, they mis-scheduled me, kept the car two days, instead of the one like they promised, and then didn't put it all back together like they're supposed to. PLUS, they turned me down for a job even after I had to fix it all myself! THEY SUK!

dont put goo-gone or wd-40 ANYWHERE near your headlights. just the idea of those two will probably **** them up.
dont use zip-ties to support your rear-section exhaust just because the rubber stock hangers hang the muffler to high...not even if theyre industrial strenght zip-ties you get at home depot. they will last a year tops.
dont leave your summer rims on for the winter. some ******* will eventually pour salt ALL OVER the lip of your rim and small marks on them that dont wash off. (i have to see if a dremmell will buff them out)

[edit]: Finally, do NOT, when removing the stock airbox, drop a 11 mm SnapOn socket into your engine bay. It was like 3 weeks ago. I've hit speedbumps, one curb, and I've been driving a lot, and it hasn't come out yet. I can't find it either. When I lost it, I backed the car out and nothing was on the ground. If any of you have seen it, please let me know.

^^ been there, I feel your pain. It's sooo much easier with the engine OUT of the car.
On this note: Do not put your entire engine back together, fire it up, only to realize you forgot to screw on the oil pickup to the oil pump. (**^*%$)
Was wondering why that red light would not go off...

Always make sure when changing a lightbulb in the headlight, that the bulb in in tight. Cause if not the bulb will fall off and rattle in your headlight.
#2 NEVER park beside a minivan. Minivan means children
#3 when changing break pads and you get pissed off cause the dame new pads won't go on. So you decide to put the old ones back on, make sure you put them on the right way. (this was not done by me LOL)

As soon as you replace struts and / or springs, get a full camber kit and get a damn alignment!!!
I replaced my stock suspension with full coilovers and didn't get an alignment for 500 miles. The result? 2 completely bald $125 tires due to positive toe.

Buy some install them and drive with them everyday... Alot of people feel the same way.. I guess there is really nothing wrong with it but they just get old after a while..
Never Install Neuspeed Race springs on oem shocks, youll end up needing a new suspension in 2 months
Never install a CAI befor you make sure you have all the tools and if you dont have them all, buy them all at once
Never install metal pedals, they just keep falling every week
Never try to do the cheap thing and spray paint dash with 5$paint bought at hardware store, after a while it peels off
Never put (broche à poule : cheap *** metal fence, I dont know how to say it in english) instead off buying a real grill, it will scartch all your paint
Never buy a cheat shifter **** that doesnt have threads on it it will get loose each week
don't wash your wheels before the paint, youll scratch the all side of your car
Never buy the first year of production of your car, youll get screwd
thats about all for me
