That hardly looks strong enough to lift or pull the car with.... nor does it look like it's sticking our far enough to get a hook into.

why did you have that done to your front piece? that's impossible for a tow truck to hook onto that to. And if they happen to mess it up...that's their fault and they'd have to fix it.
