My coil-over make to much noise

Today i went back to shop where i did my installment on my GC coil-over. I ask them why my rear making so many clanking noise when it started to move. They check it and they found my rear spring is lose it move up and down.. ok? So...they use a freaking TAPE to tape down the spring to the thing you turn you raise you car up and down they tape it so the spring won't move up and down making those noise. So.. they told me to test drive it and i did you still can hear the clanking and squeaking noise from the rear but not a lot or noisey but still annyoning . For pass couple days i started to heard squeaking noise while my car still is moving any speed is so... freaking annyoning it sound like little stupid mouse yelling for help. For the squeaking noise i don't know where it come from but it might be the back or front but loud and annyoning. Ok the shop put some wb20 and told me drive it for while like 2 day or day he said if you still hear those noise bring it back to shop. Can anyone really help me on this? damn i know i should get spring!

When did your coilovers installed? If they just been on a few days or weeks their gonna make noise. They havent settled in yet. Give it time. I had neuspeed race springs and it makes those clank clunk noises for about 4 weeks then it stopped. Now I have B+G true coilovers and they have been on for about 3 weeks and when I turn my steering wheel sometimes it makes a clunk noise. Just give it time.

I would go back and tell them to re-do the whole thing. They just used tape to hold it. Doesnt sound professional install to me. Its only been 3 weeks so the coilovers havent fully settled yet so just give it time and the sound will go away. What coilovers you got and you have koni shocks or stocks?

Just give it time. Coilovers will always make noise though.

make sure the sleeve ring are secured on the struts, they put the o-ring on, most the time from coilover the clanking noise is from the front, cuz when u turn the spring moves with it
