Ive got a 2013 Civic with the plastic wheel covers. One of em has gotten bent like crazy and has started to rub some on the tire making a crazy noise. Dumb question...but do I have to take the lugnuts off to remove this cover or does it pop off some way. I hate to have to jack it up but Ill do whatever. Thanks a bunch.
