Anyone have installation instructions for the Tanabe Springs?
I just got mine in the mail and everything is in Japanese.

I was looking through some other threads about springs and it called for cutting the bumpstop and such.
The springs came with new bumpstops and 2 plastic cylinder shaped pieces that look that hey would fit in the strut.

Can anyone help me?

theres a couple DIYs found up in the DIY section(gc, koni, springs same installation process)
also follow my detailed spring install found up at the top of the suspension forum.
instead of cutting your bumpstop, just replace it with the one provided. also the tube is called a spring isolator. you put it on the bottom part of the front springs. it should seperate the spring from the bottom perch to prevent any rattling noise...

I won't be able to do it until next weekend because of work and Im not even sure if I want to put it on.

The springs are made for all 2001+ civics. Will the rear of my sedan be lower than the fronts?
I have a sub box in the trunk so the rear is already lowered a little.
Any suggestions on other springs? Im think of selling these for something else.

I don't have a spring compressor and found this ghetto way. Any better ways?

oh you have a sedan.. a member here had those springs on a sedan and he wasnt too happy with them. i think his sn was something like piccolob.... something like that... only springs i recommend on a sedan are neuspeed sports for sedan. i got them for $140 at a shop in eagle rock.
as for that method, you probably wont even have to do it that way. i've heard our springs were so soft, you could just have someone put their weight on it to compress it. when i was trying to do the spring install, it seemed like i could too(only problem being, i was doing it myself). so ya i tried using the spring compresser from autozone(its free to rent) but found it a bitch to use..
