Rear suspension problems

This is a minor problem. I installed 2" lowering springs, got the back strut back together and mounted up top. However, I can get the trailing arm and strut bushing hole to line up to insert the bolt. It's all in line, but the strut bushing hole is about a half inch below the trailing arm hole. Am I missing something that makes it easy to line up?
