Re: fyi-rear suspension squeak
Does your alignment shop sell tires too? lol. I just put on one of my SPC rear camber kits on ( ran out of daylight) an I see this beefy bushing on it where it bolts to the body. On the stock arm...I see NOTHING filling in the sides and some crumbling thin hard thing I think used to be rubber...wonder if having that would contribute my rear kicking to and fro over bumps.

Re: fyi-rear suspension squeak
yea, that could contribute, but the oem doesnt seem to be tooo bad, its dry rotted and cracked from what i can tell, rubber sucks, spc comes with polyurethane which is much sturdier and long lasting, i bought ingalls, which can come with either, and im having to replace them after only a year(only a 90 day warranty), but short answer, replace them and see if it goes away, if its crumbling and cracking, then yes, that was ur problem(i know, obvious right) bad bushings suck

Re: fyi-rear suspension squeak
anytime ryox, im no expert, but ive been there, done that, good luck
alex w, i would not drill a grease fitting there since its a control arm and there is quite a bit of torque on it during cornering and strut compression, so i would advise against it, pretty much ur only permanent fix is to get an spc with polyurethane bushings

Re: fyi-rear suspension squeak
okay so i went to two shops today and one shop says the squeeking is normal and another shop says bushing issues but the second shop said they'd have to remove my tires, whole suspensionto take a look and that costs a lot of money, so i said forget it. plus i just got an alignment... again... and dont want three alignments in one month...
so i have no idea what to do...

Re: fyi-rear suspension squeak
hey just to update you guys... so i took my car to a shop and the guy drove my car around and through speedbumps really hard and fast and the noise was gone. Then flash forward a couple of months to this morning, and I drove into a business center with a pretty steep hill at a weird angle, harder than usual, and the noise came back... so its possible that it could be my dust collector or top thing, i don't have a camber kit so....
but i should get coil overs sometime in january...
