suspension question?

i own a 2002 honda civ, and i was thinking of lowering my car,but i dont have a idea on what to get. Should i get a suspension package, and what type of material i need. please recomend some brands. thanks

easiest way are springs...

eibach, neuspeed, tein, h&r, are the most popular
