Lowering springs solve the problem?

Well hello again all. Well first off I am thinking of lowering my car. Currently I have 17 inch drag dr6 rims on my car. They look nice but...THe wheel gap sux! So the main question I have is which springs are a good buy but not very expensive. My other question is will it cover up this assanine wheel gap? Thanks once again 7th gen community for helping my life easier.
