skunk2 coilover kit

that source says it fits 01-04 civic dx/lx...i own an 05. will it fit the same? and would it be recommended to have any other modifications to use them?

yeah it would fit i am pretty sure. if the 05 has the same body as the 04 then it will work. so if its a 7th gen yes. if its an 8th gen no.

i hear mixed emotions about skunk2 for some reason. some say they junk some like them i dont know why. are you looking to just drop your car or are you looking into racing ?

ahh thanks!
i was just browsing for lower springs until i came across those (and the price).
i just want to lower the car and get rid of this insane gap!

i think youl be fine with the skunk2 coils to get the gap. i bet you can tuck a bit if you wanted. since your rims are pretty big. i need to go real low on mine cuz im only running 205/40/16. are the roads around your place bumpy or smooth? you should take that into consideration because if its bumpy and you ride the coilovers on stock shocks you will defineately blow your oem shocks quick as i did

Wow, that's one BIG gap!
I had Skunk2 sleve coilovers on my 03 (still have them in box), it was ok. Cant say anything bad. Now I've upgrated to full Tein coilovers.

ahh yeah, the roads in my town arent in any good condition. i'll look into getting shocks with the coilovers now. thanks a lot!
