sounds like you guys didn't index the struts right when you put them back in if you get a popping noise when turning. are you sure you put the struts back in EXACTLY like they were when you took them out? there's a sticky on this subject, which is not the same as the clunking noise described in this thread.

wow this thread is still goin on.
DAYUM!!!! well yeh um the clunking is hella annoying isnt it??
ill try to pin point the problems i have had that could possibly lead to the clunking noise on my car.
"the bolt on the bottom of my shock thats holding the koni in could be lose."
"springs arent seated"
"the uppermounts are cracked, torn"
"the springs are hitting against each other"
"Didnt cut enough of the rear bump stop off"
"Not Indexed"
"after market springs are shorter and more coiled then stock springs, Thus the after market springs dont give enough tension and make noise goin over bumps or dips or pot holes"

I really hope this helped people out there with this same problem

the noise has persisted for me.
I am a pretty competent person when it comes to this stuff aqnd i had taken my time and indexed the springs and make sure everything was done right, and alligned perfectly, and i still have the noise, i dont know what to tell ya fols, im probably just gonna ditch this koni/ sportline setup, Anyone want them for cheap? Make me an offer.
