lowering question
i need some help in the right direction here. im new to Honda's and Civics, and i absolutely love my 2004 Si (Canadian Si).
i want to lower it a bit, and stiffen it up so it handles nice on the street. anybody help me out with a company to look into, or some links even?

Just remember if you are planning on lowering your ride, spend the extra few bucks and get shock and spring package, not just springs. YEs your car will be lower and can corner better cause of the lower center of gravity.. But ride quality with aftermarket springs and OEM schocks are helll. I did the whole save money and get springs first game... and i hate myself for it right now.. I have Eibach springs and they are amazing, you might want to look into that..

i got goldlines on my OEM shocks and its fine, drives almost like it did with OEM springs. but if you doing ~2" drop go with aftermarket shocks. otherwise you should be ok.

i like them, i got them used, and it rides almost like stock, im runnin them on stock shocks, its suppose to be a 1.75 drop but i dunno how much it really is. you can see pics here www.bluntedbynature.com/drop thats 17" with 205/40s
