Suspension Hopping
I have the Tein Basics coilovers with Pirelli Pzeros with a 2in drop in the front and 2.5in drop in the rear. I drive in NYC where the roads are rough with lots of pot hole patches. Sometimes it feels like my car is skipping across the road patches while taking a 30 mph curve. Does anyone have that same problem?

Could be a couple of things.
1. Too high of a suspension frequency (spring rates too high for the condition of the roads)
2. Damper rate too High for the condition of the roads
or
3. Damper rate too low for the springs (much less likely given they are designed to work together, unless of course they are blown.)
It could also have something to do with your wheel + tire Choice, given that a high amount of unsprung weight (wheel + tire weight) can hamper the suspensions ability to do its job right.
