what is the metal ring around the rotor bolted to the dust cover?
LEDs or something?

You are correct.
This LED's are a prototype.
They will change color and rotation affects via computer.
Still on the works.
The product will be market as Wheel Glow and will cost 400-600.
Audio Excelence here in Florida are the ppl that owns the stuff.
My car is just a test car.
I had the lights for 2 years now and no problems at all.

how is the suspension holding up? Any noise or problems.....? Did you have to use any of your stock parts
(strut bearings, Bushings) to get them on ?
