Rep Power: 0 Bec Tech coilover system in the works
yes thats right. we need input from fellow 7th generation civic owners who are interested in a custom coilover kit from Bec Tech. there are two ways we are thinking of going about this. one is a core exchange... you pay "X" amount and we ship a custom Bec Tech coilover kit to you. once you replace your stock suspension with the new kit you then send us your stock struts. once we recieve your stock struts we will send your core exchange rebate. the stock struts you send us will be used to make another Bec Tech coilover system. the second option is... you send the money, we send the coilover system. you can keep your stock struts and springs... you pay more money because we have to buy OEM struts in order to produce another set of Bec Tech coilover system.

Rep Power: 0 Can you provide any details regarding the construction of these Bec-Tech's? Previously, it sounded as if a whole new strut would be designed whereas now it sounds like you're modifying an OEM strut. If that's the case, are you going to shorten the body and the shaft so that there will be good travel even with lowered applications? We need details, details, details!

Rep Power: 0 in terms of prces we aren't sure. this suspension kit is still in proccess so we don't have a final price yet. keep in mind roadrageautosport.com is in direct contact withwith Bec Tech, so any imput from you guys have goes right to them. so let me know what you expect. as for construction yes, the shaft is shortened and this is a FULLY adjustable coilover. we use the OEM struts as a base, somewhere to start. as for details.... this is still developing... so we can't give you details we don't know about yet. the most imprtant thing here is that this IS a TOTAL bolt on. you will not need to modify the kit when you get it. so keep giving feed back and we'll let you know the latest news.
