02SILVEREX has a little shameless behaviour in the past
I don't know.... What kind of noise, what does it sound like? When does it happen, bumps, or cornering? Is it only in the front, or the rear? Maby I'll be able to help you after that.... maby....

Exactly. Now speak english and read directions.
There's 2 marks on the struts. One is an arrow on the top hat and the other is a painted line on the spring seat. Before you transfered everything to the new strut you should have marked the new spring seat in the same place so the arrow lined up with it and your spring seated properly. You need to take it out now and index them so the ends of the coils sit properly. Then the noise should go away. Right now your springs are not flat on the seats. Refer to step 19 in the DIY.
If that doesn't fix it, then you have a loose nut somewhere in the front suspension. Since you're taking them all out again, make sure they're torqued to spec.
