****PLEASE READ***Suspension Issues

Okay, I have an issue and need some clear answers before I go out and buy a whole new set-up. I have read every issue regarding this problem, and want to be sure this is it:
I have Hayame's V2. When I go over bumps, the wheel jerks left to right a little and is real anoying.
I want anyone who has aftermarket suspension to go and try this: Go over uneven pavement or Railroad Tracks, whith no hands on the wheel, does your steering wheel move at all back and forth? My freind told me this is common because after lowering your changing the geometry of the suspension, and this can happen, but I want to be sure.
I HAVE A 2.1 meg VIDEO I TOOK IN MY CAR IF YOU WANT TO SEE IT. I can email it to you, or someone could help me post it, I don't know how to do that.
It shows what happens when I go over bumps. I want my car to run right, and haven't been in another lowered civic to know if this is normal.
PLEASE HELP, please.

What you are experiancing is called Tracking.... Lowering the car can cause it, but so can running wider tires. Its typically caused by a difference in rolling resistance on one of the front tires Vs the other, and will cause the car to turn in to the bump (or what ever is causing the difference in rolling resistance, ushually puddles). This is not to be confused with Bump steer, which is caused by the extention and compression of the suspension.

Hey Can't He Also Check His Rod Ends?

If You Jack Up One Of The Tires...preferably The Front And You Can Physically Wiggle The Tire By Placing Your Hands At 3 And 9 O'clock And Pushing One Side In And The Other Out And If The Tire Doesn't Budge Your Tie Rod Ends Are Not Screwed If It Does Move You Got To Check Out That Stuff.....

Pretty sure my tie rods are fine. Just wondering if anyone else who is lowered has noticed this? And if it is common, or just an issue with the brand of coilovers i'm running, wish I could compare it to another 7thgen.....

i watched you're video, and although i can't see the bump you hit, i did see your wheel shake a little as you passed that cross-street... so i'm assuming it was some mildly sloped pavement or something not that harsh that caused it.

from what i saw, your wheel didn't really shake that much. does it shake/pull even when you have boths hands on the wheel? or is this just something subtle that you noticed one day when you had let go of the wheel... 'cause if that's the case then i think all civics would respond that way... dropped or not.

if it really is something that is bothering you, i suggest you do a close inspection of all your front end suspension components... and not only your tie rod ends as shroomster suggested... but your upper/lower ball joints as well. any worn components up there would definately make your car behave this way, as silly as it may sound.

let us know what you find if you decide to take a look, man.
