lower perch question

isnt the lowest 'tab' on the rear perch suppose to face inward?

Boilermaker1 is a splendid one to behold

The top is just a flat surface, it doesn't really matter where it indexes to. Only the front ones matter.

or in front, back, left and to the front, it doesn't matter the top of the spring is flat.
