suspension help!
hey, new guy here. i'm thinking of getting H&R Sport springs and was wondering if i would need to buy new shocks if i lower my car. i have stock rims right now, not sure if that makes a difference..and i shouldn't have any problem w/ rub should i since i've got my stock rims? will there still be a huge gap w/ these springs? supposed to lower from 1.5 to 2"...
You don't need to buy new shocks but you should. The stock shocks wont last very long with lowering springs and the ride will probally be bouncy.
Those springs will give you about 1 to 2 finger gap.
You wont have any rubbing problems with stock wheels.

- you'll be fine
- shock wise there have been issues with lowering on stock shocks in the past.
- an upgrade for the struts/shocks would be good, but totaly needed right away
