Suspension Setup

Hey I have an 03 si. Right now I am in the process of deciding which way I am going with my suspension. I am getiing coilovers, but not sure which ones i'm deciding between progress, JIC FLTA-2, some kind of tein. It will be primarily for street driving with track events usually once or twice a month. I want something that is solid, handles great but wont tear apart my car. I know the FLTA-2's are really stiff but i put them in here because i know that they are amazing coilovers. Let Me know what you guys think and what your opinions are.

What do you want to know? Opinions are ****. what is good for me isn't necessary good for you. I like my JICs but most people will tell you they like their Tein SSs. The JICs are rough and if you can't live with then then don't get them. We can sit here all day and give you opinions, but it won't help you decide anything, just make you more confused. If you are going to do track events then I suggest the JICs or the Tein Flex. If you don't want to go that rough, then get the Tein SS or the KW V2s. B&Gs are good, but don't offer dampening adjustment. I would not suggest hayames or D2 for racing, but you can get them if you want. Koni's with GCs are another good option, but are not a direct swap.

I also suggest reading the Suspension Tuning 101 and searching for old posts. I am going to tell you that opinions aren't worth crap. If you get the same suggestions from people who have the part or have experience, then take their advice and decide. Eventually you will just have to pick something. It took me 6 months to decide on coils and I said screw it and just got the JICs.
