quick question.....

Thinking about selling the bags and going back stock so I can sell the car faster.
Question is are coupe springs the same as sedan? Will the height be the same?

nope... different spring rates, as the Sedan is more *** heavy then the coupe..

would the different rate be that much of a change?
I know weight distribution couldn't be that different b/w the two

The weight difference is significant enough believe it or not. Look at the H&R Sport application for our cars for example - they're a little soft, and as a result not recommended for sedans, and my car's saggy rear last year proved they really should be left on coupes only.
