bouncey rear end.......
The other day I was drive to the dealer to change my oil. I've had problems with my car wondering after 50mph. I can feal the rear end wonder around. On the way to the dealer I drove by a semi doing about 75mhp and almost lost control. Felt like somebody kick me in my side. I can see if the semi was driving by me but not the other way around. Everything is stock. The dealer said there's nothing wrong with my rear shocks.

if your car swung around only in that one case i would say nothing was wrong with your car. when you go by a big rig you can sometimes catch the air shooting off their truck and it will hit yours, knocking you around. its just because trucks have bad aerodynamics.
the same thing will happen if you follow behind a big rig close enough. when their truck goes from side to side from the wind, yours will follow the same path and go side to side...

I have no mods. I think I found the problem, I'm too light! Before I put bigger deck speakers in and removed the trunk bar things, I cared my book in the trunk. Lately I've had my stuff in the passenger seat. The other day I put my books in the trunk again...no more floating @ss on the highway.

The stock Civic is UnderDampered from the factory, so even though the shocks may not be blown, the car can still be unstable (thanks to it underdampering the car) The reason they do this is to give a Light car a Softer ride. But it comprimises handling a bit.
so, Pick up some tokico Hp's and that should take care of your problem.

also could be the tires. when was the last time your tires were rotated??? I keep getting bull **** from our dealer, saying that it doesn't matter how they rotate the tires for non-directional tires, and this past time, they didn't even rotate them at all!!! check your tires OFTEN!!!!
