I'm betting the driver's side is lower than the passenger side am I right? It's due to the engine weight being concentrated on that side, as well as YOU sitting on that side more often than a passenger sitting in the seat next to you. It's normal. I never got a chance to check it out but as far as some posts on this board say, the stock front springs are of differing lengths in order to compensate for it. Aftermarket springs are same length though, thus a more noticable difference in drop height. No biggy really. When the springs eventually settle, the difference will be minimized.

No, it won't but that is not a problem of the car. All Hondas are designed that way for some reason. The front gap is always more than the rear even with factory springs. The only way you can solve this is just by using the coil over kit.

if your front drop is higher than the rear..

just put some spacers on the rear... that should do the job

give the springs some time to settle too
