Now I am assuming you got a camber kit? Because if you are lowered, a camber kit will get your camber back withim factory specs. If you dont, it might stay out. And the alignment will correct your camber, and toe. The caster cant be adjusted.
The alignment also helps so your car will go straight on the road, and so your tires wear evenly.

These are Honda's specs
FRONT
Camber: -0.8 ---> 0.8 Degrees
Caster: 0.6---> 2.6 Degrees
Toe: -0.12---> 0.12 Degrees
Total Toe: -0.24---> 0.24 Degrees
REAR
Camber: -1.5 ---> 0 Degrees
Toe: 0.04 --->0.16 Degrees
Total Toe: 0.08---> 0.32 Degrees
Anything in these ranges is considered acceptable for Honda's desired handling and tire wear characteristics. Want more handling? Add more negative camber to the front. It will wear tires though.

You can't correct caster, but it does change when altering the other settings. I know we have had arguments about what one causes the other to change, but that isn't the point. It does change.
The rear camber in the those settings is really negative. You also might want to set the toe further out closer to 0.
