h&r springs problem

i just installed H & R springs and noticed my rear drivers side is almost an inch lower than the rear pass side. could the spring be bad?

i have done springs swaps on lots of cars and never had a problem, and
the rears on my new civic were pretty easy to do at that.

and ideas?

Wait till they settle before you panic. Mine were like that too, then the passenger side settled quite a bit after. Driver's side is always lower though, cause the weight of the engine favours that side.
Still, an inch difference warrants examination. If you have time, why not take them off and try again?

hey thanks for the advice
maybe ill wait a little
it does seen correct that side settles first
i live near a highwats and always taking a exit loop
so the dr side get the brunt of the load

i was thinking of putting eiback springs on the rear
so its not so low

the H&R springs seen a little too soft to me

Well, they aren't recommended for the EX sedan, but I went ahead and got them. Honestly if I had it to do it over again, I wouldn't get H&R's for a sedan cause while they're pretty good in a coupe (rode in a few with stock shocks and H&R) the rear sag can be too much on a sedan, even if it's NOT an EX. Blew my stock rear shocks pretty quick too.

I am noticing that sag on my coupe

i think im going to switch to the Eibach Pro kit
they are a much stiffer spring

These H&R's are marginally stiffer than stock and lower the car almost 2"

I think they're advertised at a 1.3" drop. My rears were fully tucked, fender about halfway down the 205/40/17 tires. There's no way that was only 1.3", ha ha. Then again, my EL weighs more than even an EX sedan if I'm not mistaken.
